Sonic Headshots

Just some practice sketches - we got SATAM on DVD recently and FOX has been showing reruns of SonicX so I've been sort of inspired.

Sonic's line comes from the fact that his SATAM incarnation (as well as a few other series from the same era) was voiced by Jaleel White, most well-known for his portrayal of Steve Urkel on Family Matters. The line "Did I do that?" was one of Steve's catchphrases. It wasn't exactly intentional, but it fit the expression and postitioning so well I had to add it in!

Overall I'm pretty pleased - Shadow's head is a bit too wide, but I'll be sure to adjust that next time.
