OHC: Call Me Anytime

Bought the 2nd volume of the Ouran dub not too long ago, and we've been doing some 'what if' speculating in my house about how the Host Club member lives would go on beyond high school.

I like Haruhi paired with a bunch of the guys, for different reasons, but Tamaki is the one that's most canon, so we got to thinking how the other boys would deal with her being off the market. Hikaru would probably take it hardest, and this sketch is our idea of how he copes. He and Haruhi (still being in each other's Five) get into the habit of talking for hours on the phone (they can't do it in person, cuz the Hitachiin's have relocated to Paris to pursue fashion careers) at least a few nights a month. I like the idea of him reaching out to keep close to her, and she (being who she is) would never refuse him. It's sweet and a little sad, and I like it. ^_^
